'An object may be in the rest as well as in the motion at the same time'. Which one of the following is correct explanation for the above statement?

A Rest and motion are defined on basis of position of an object. So a body may be in rest and in the motion at the same time.
B Object is in rest or in motion depends on the reference point. An object may be in motion with respect to a reference point and at same time the object may be in rest with respect to another reference point.
C Rotatory motion justifies the above statement. In the rotatory motion, object rotates around a fixed axis and does not cover distance. Therefore, object is in motion and in the rest at the same time.
D No, it is not possible that an object is in the motion and in the rest as well.
